At the same point I had my bag searched yesterday before boarding my train to work, today there was noone there at all, not even the usual ticket inspector. Maybe there are reasons behind this but it just feels like the police are facing an impossible task. At least it keeps you guessing though if you don’t know whether they will be there one day to the next.
