The other day Louisa and I began talking about what it meant to be a Christian. I raised the issue because it appears many Christians lose sight of this. If we were to think about why we are Christians and what characterises our Christian lives, is it more than labels and religious observances? Jesus talked to the woman from Samaria about how worship was now going to be so much more than about going to Jerusalem, that it was not about a place but about worshipping in spirit and truth.
What I hope to do in the near future is look at some issues about being a Christian and how this should be impacting our lives, hopefully to challenge myself and you about authentic Christianity.

Daniel, servant of the living God! Was your God, whom you worship continually, able to rescue you from the lions?
