When I face temptation I so want to be like him. I want to be able to stand tall and tell Satan, “eat my dust!”. I wish I had the Stephen experience where I shine with the Lord’s glory as the world threw all it had at me, but I don’t feel I do, this is rarely my experience. Often it feels like I scrape through situations by the skin of my teeth. I hope each scrape teaches me though how to overcome so that one day I will be able to stand strong, just like Batfink.
