So Louisa and I went to see Juno last night. I wasn’t sure if it was going to be a chick-flick, but it looked light hearted so seemed a nice evening out together (without baby).

I absolutely loved the film. I’m not a laugh out loud kinda person, but there were quite a few times I did, and one I think when no one else laughed. I thought Ellen Page was brilliant and portrayed a mixed teen, looking like she has it all together, but beneath things vulnerable and scared. It was the small touches throughout the film that made is special. I also really liked Allison Janney who played the step-mum. It was funny seeing her outside of West Wing.

I can’t wait until it comes out on DVD, one for the collection.
